Prayas is carrying Vocational Education to the women and youths by which they can stand on their feet.
Vocational education or vocational education and training (VET) is an education that prepares trainees for jobs at various levels from a craft or trade to a professional position in accounting, nursing, medicine and other health practitioners, architecture, etc. Craft vocations are usually based on manual or practical activities; traditionally, non-academic is related to a specific trade, occupation, or vocation. Vocational education has diversified over the 20th century and now exists in retail, tourism, information technology, and the traditional crafts and cottage industries.

Prayas has started project Aadhar means BASE for those who want to reach the climax. For this, Prayas has started the Aadhar project for needy women and girls. Prayas has formed a team of Vocational trainers for Aadhar. The work of the team is to train them as to how to make and how to sell?
Aadhar has made a plan to give them various training as sewing, painting, beautician etc.
